EF supported Detroit Promise was featured in a recent White House factsheet. The Detroit scholarship program was featured as one of 27 communities that has committed to making tuition-free community college education available to resident students this past year.

The White House also announced its plan to offer 100 million in grants under the America’s Promise Job-Driven Training to connect more Americans to education and in-demand jobs.
